High Risk Follow up & Developmental OPD

At Yashonandan Hospital, we care for your baby every step of the way—not just during their NICU stay, but also after they go home.
Our approach goes beyond immediate treatment by offering complete, holistic newborn care that supports your baby’s health and development in the long run.

Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is closely linked with a High-Risk Follow-Up Program, specially designed for babies born prematurely or with low birth weight. These babies often need extra care and regular monitoring even after discharge, and we make sure they receive all the support they need to grow and thrive.

We offer a range of follow-up services, including:

  • OAE (Otoacoustic Emission) hearing screening

  • ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) eye check-ups

  • Developmental assessments

  • Early intervention programs to support your baby’s growth, learning, and motor skills

These services help us detect and manage any issues early, giving your baby the best possible chance to reach their full potential.

With a remarkable survival rate of over 97%, our experienced team is proud to deliver expert, compassionate, and evidence-based care in a safe, loving, and supportive environment. Whether your baby needs life-saving treatment in the NICU or developmental support after going home, Yashonandan Hospital is here for you.
